About Me

Born to a nurse and a Vietnam vet, I’ve spent my life blending old-school wisdom with cutting-edge tech. A licensed security guard since 2000, I’m on a mission to make the world a better place with a mix of high-tech computer science and classic values. My journey started with a degree in radio broadcasting in 2006, followed by a second in comedy at the SF Comedy College. After a third degree in 2018 from UC Berkeley’s Full-Stack Web Development Bootcamp, I became a teacher—and now, I’m all in on web development. I’m passionate about algorithms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, and a whole toolkit of web technologies like Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, MySQL, and MongoDB. I deploy to GitHub, Vercel, Render, and Heroku, and I’m diving deep into AI.

When I’m not coding, I’m revamping my limousine business into the future with a "roboLimo" twist. Our motto? "We guarantee your driver is a licensed security officer." And always remembering my grandmother’s words: “Get back safe and sound.”
